The food quality was excellent, but there was just not enough to satisfy everyone's hearty appetites and a self serve method. We were working to a tight budget and the original menu proposal that we agreed to was cut back on delivery from 3 salads, 3 dips & 2 bread types to 2 salads, 1 dip & 1 bread type. This was disappointing as the menu had been communicated out. There was clearly not enough salad & dip, which ran out quite quickly.
