I was thinking of some easy things to eat like pulled beef or brisket sliders, Mac and cheese bites etc but open to ideas. I do also love Vietnamese and Italian food. Our menus offer a blend of European and Asian flavors to bring you substantial mini meals from around the globe. We strive to produce the most flavorful cuisine for every event while upholding very high standards with regards to quality and eco-consciousness. We source the freshest organic foods from local suppliers, and our ESWP policy includes minimising our impact on the earth by composting our scraps and also using hybrid cars for delivery, reuse implement electronic work systems to limit paper use, refer our clients to other “green” minded vendors and we never waste any food.

We have menus listed as a per person price or we can design a complete catering & service package to suit your budget.
What makes your pricing competitive?
We value add to our prices and offer extra services such as event planning, wedding coordinating, venue set up and styling. We also offer more selection on our menu compared to other caterers.

Standing Fork can assist with all aspects of your special event to include venue set up & styling where we team up with our local suppliers, and a Professional Event Coordinator on-site at your event for no additional costs.
What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?
Customer's details: Their name, event date, number of people attending their event, event venue/location, time of the event, duration of the event, what type of food and services are required for their event, their budget for food and services.
Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?
Yes we have public liability insurance, workers compensation, and business equipment insurances. We guarantee our services or money refunded for any services not rendered.
What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?
Based on our industry experience, our current contracts with local governments, and our past events with corporate and international companies, reflects our reliability and trustworthiness in our food quality and services.
What questions do customers commonly ask and how would you answer them?
What happens to any left over food?
As per local government health regulations, any left over food is discarded and taken off premises.

What do you like most about your job?
I enjoy being flexible and creative with my involvement with my customer's event. I have a vast range of expertise in the hospitality industry and have traveled to many countries around the world, so my ideas and suggestions that I could pass on to my client can provide them success in their event.
Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?
One of my favourite customers would be the NCCTRC (National Critical Care & Trauma Response Centre) as the staff there are very friendly and always trust in me for my ideas and suggestions for their catering needs. Their catering ranges from corporate training sessions with morning teas & lunches to banquets and gala dinners.
How did you decide to get into your line of work?
My parents started a small catering service just as a weekend income, but it grew quickly and they had full time jobs they were committed to, so they asked my husband and I to take over it. In 5 years of operating it became our bread & butter and we have now expanded the business to 5 divisions:
