Central Computer Services has public liability insurance and guarantees all work. If in the unlikely event the original problem reoccurs I will come back and repair it.

I have always been interested in the fault finding area of electronic and computer engineering and I have over many years worked through the progression of this industry.

I enjoy being able to help people who are having difficulties with their computers and/or associated hardware. Explaining in simple terms what has happened and how to resolve the issue.

It is a good idea to write a list of issues that you would like me to have a look at, this helps me to better understand what is wrong and helps speed up the problem solving and therefore saving the customer time and money.

What makes your pricing competitive?

We do not charge call-out fees, and our hourly rate is $80.00 per hour, rounded to the half hour, after the first hour.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Accepted Answer

The charge is one hour, then rounded to the half hour for billing with no call-out fee within a 20Km radius of the CBD.  A call-out fee can be negotiated outside of this radius at the time of quoting.

I specialise in Microsoft home office and small office environments and have become the preferred contact for several small local businesses in North Perth and surrounding areas

I have been working in the electronics and computer industry for several decades. I have trade certificates in electronic engineering and I am a Microsoft Certified Professional.
