• Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

  We are insured with AAMI. We gurantee the work completed onsite. If the client damages the machine or any virus is affected again in the computer which was carried out by the owner of the computer then we do not warrant those case. If a computer is 10 years old and we have provided hardware support and if the computer crashes after 2 months it is not our fault. Customers are understanding there are some factors which cannot be guranteed. However we work closely with the client to ensure a re-lapse is avoided. We educate the client ensure they are aware if their computers are too old and requires attention. We avoid charging unnecessary fees. We provide an honest advice.

• How did you decide to get into your line of work?

  We grew up with technology and fell in love with learning and perusing a career. In addition the IT industry is filled with technicians who either love their job or are there just for the sake of having a job.
