Job Description: 1. Fence 21 metres of 1500mm high black blade fence panels on 75x75mm Galvanized steel posts concreted in ground. 2. Sliding gate 4.3m wide sliding gate 1500mm high black blade style matching the front fence. To be tracked on existing concrete driveway and open onto new concrete footing Include ground track, guide post, rollers and gate catch/holder. 3. Safety Rail 48 lineal metres of 700mm high vehicle safety rail. Posts to be chemset to existing concrete and W rail bolts to posts. End and corners to have curved stops bolted for finishing and safety. 3 bollards in total to be chemset in the middle of entry doors. 4. Bin Ramps 18 galvanised steel bin ramps to be fixed to concrete and sleeper behind carparks. 5. Privacy Screens Two custom solid privacy screens installed in between apartments on ground level and balcony 6. Swing Gates Two 1500mm high black blade swing gates installed on 65x65mm posts concreted in ground and bolted to existing brickwork.
