  I liked Pete's initial response and sent him a question by text. He was happy to discuss my problem before I hired him and his reassuring approach won him the job. Pete arrived on time, was extremely courteous but, most importantly, didn't talk technical jargon that was above my understanding. He need to take my laptop off site and allayed my fears of losing work by executing a complete desktop back up to external drive before this. As promised, he contacted me next day with news job completed and ready to be returned. Again, he arrived on time, explaining in language I understood, what the problem had been and how he had fixed it. I have no hesitation in recommending Pete....friendly service and very competitive price.

  I have a no fix, no fee policy.... If I cannot repair your problem I will not charge no matter how long I have spent trying to solve your issue. Most Parts I install come with a manufacturer warranty.

• How did you decide to get into your line of work?

  I have always enjoyed working with computers and troubleshooting problems. I starting helping out friends with their Computer Problems and it continued on from their. In regards to the website design I thoroughly enjoy designing and decided that site design was right for me.
