    I was looking for a pt and never heard of EMS training. A little unsure what to expect I thought I’d give it a go. It was the best decision if made for myself. I’m getting more than twice the workout in half the time. As a mum what appealed to me was I only had to do it twice per week to get good results. Previously i had been strength training much longer hours at the gym for over a year and I wasn’t getting any results. In the first couple of weeks with Dan I started to see real results. I was unsure how I was going to do a workout at home with a 3 year old running around but Dan is very accomodating with my son and understands what it’s like having kids of his own. Dan is also very accommodating if I need to change any sessions and often extends the sessions when he can. The added bonus of Dans sessions is the lymphatic drainage at the end of the workout. If you’re looking for a great workout in less than half the time give it a go, you won’t regret it.
