Job Description: I would like to acrylic render and then waterproof an existing second story Juliet balcony at the front of the house. The balcony is L shaped and approximately 6.5m^2 and is 1.1m wide. The larger faces are 1.8m high and there are the columns. Rendering is needed on the exterior and interior of the balcony. The existing deck will be fully removed before rendering and will provide full access to the interior of the balcony. The deck will be replaced with a steel framed deck afterwards.
