Job Description: We have a property located at 29 Long Island Pass, Connolly. There is currently water leaking into the house. We had a plumber investigate (we though it was a leaking pipe) and their report is below : Attended site to address a leaking pipe in the wall. The following tasks were completed: - Conducted a pressure test which held for 10 minutes without any changes, indicating no immediate leaks. - Identified an issue with the aircon drain rusting the gutter out on the wall between units. This was found to be the source of intermittent wetness inside. - Recommended the engagement of a roofing contractor to replace the damaged gutter. For access to the property the tenants name is Cindy Venter [Description contains phone number. Description will be revealed after quoting]. Could you please attend to this for us ? Also please let us know if there are any other problems with the roof/gutters etc. that need attention.
