after realising how badly people are treated in shops, being fed rubbish information, being overcharged for services, I wanted to start my business to tell it how it is, giving customers what they need, not what people think they want

I've worked in various industry sectors, i'm both a consumer and a provider of services, I have seen the ways customers get misinformed & mistreated. i'm not in this to be a superstar, i'm in this to do what's right for the customer.

honesty, no hidden charges, If I sell any hardware/software you get it for the price that I get it personalised service, not dictated by upper management or shareholders

No call-out fee, charged for the job only and any additional hardware/software which may be needed. Same charges after-hours or public holidays, fixed rates.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Depends on the work done, how much time spend and how far I have to travel. I do not change my rates if after-hours or on a public holiday. My rates are fixed in that regard, however they are flexible (within reason) to ensure repeat and trusted service.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

worked for internet service providers & telecommunication providers. so I have the added benefit of being able to deal with any of those issues for customers by being able to talk the talk to tech support teams when necessary. as well as my general love for technology, I don't do this to chase sales, I do this to help people get the best out of the technology that is available to them today.
