Pick the customers who are right for you by seeing if a customer is verified before you quote. Your leads dashboard and the ‘Prepare my quote’ page will display icons for verified mobile numbers, email addresses and returning customers.

Customer mobile number and email
We’ve made it even easier for you to get in touch with customers as soon as you’ve sent them your quote. You now have the option of revealing not just their phone number but their email address as well.
It’s up to you whether you would like to keep their contact details hidden, or if you would prefer to reach out to them as soon as possible, whether they’ve seen your quote or not. Please keep in mind the Auto Credit Refund feature is only available if you keep their details hidden.
As a Premium Oneflare business, you can now request a credit refund if a customer is unresponsive, giving you the opportunity to quote on the next job without being out of pocket.
Here’s how it works.
- If you are unable to get in touch with a customer, request a refund via the Oneflare Chat interface within your business dashboard.
- Our team will attempt to get in touch with the customer for you.
- If we are unable to get in touch, we’ll return your credits for use on another job within 7 days.
Refund requests are unavailable for non Premium Listed Businesses and using the refund request button for anything outside of the above reasons can result in your refund access being revoked.
You can now see how many other businesses have quoted on a job with the introduction of the Quotes Counter. This new feature helps you use your credits wisely, by allowing you to see the number of quotes submitted on every job lead before connecting with the customer.
