Yes we posses valid Public Liability Insurance. We also offer our clients free remote support after an onsite visit, for up to 1 hour of assistance. Also our Parts and Labour are guaranteed for at least 12 months.

I enjoy providing the level of customer service I would expect to receive from a professional service person and the satisfaction of knowing the job was done correctly the first time and that my client will be happy with the service they have received.

What questions do customers commonly ask and how would you answer them?

The most common question I am asked is how much will it cost to fix. Obviously this is a very difficult question to answer as there are many variables to consider. How much labour will be required and how much the parts cost.   I always give my clients plenty of options when it comes to the best way forward and I always try to keep prices to a minimum (unless the client requests higher specification parts of course) and ultimately it is up to the client how they wish to proceed with any job.

I have worked in various IT positions ranging from State Government to Not for Profit Organisations, each of which requiring certain security and background checks. I currently posses a valid QLD Blue Card and National Crime Check Certification. This coupled with more than 10 years of experience & Microsoft Certification makes my company the best choice to hire.

We can be On-Site the Same Day if urgent or the next day for less urgent issues. Our pricing matches other businesses in our field of expertise however our quality of service surpasses them!   We pride ourselves on our honesty with our clients, we won't ever try and sell you something you don't need, we will only ever offer you the minimum which is required to get you back up and running again.   We want our customers to feel they have received an excellent service at a great price!

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

The best possible description of the fault. If there are any error messages? Did anything occur recently which may have affected the device/equipment, maybe an update or a new piece of hardware?

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

Power the machine off for five minutes and then turn it back on again to see if that resolves the issue. Make sure you have checked there is power to the equipment, in case there is a failing cable. Make sure you have all your passwords & installation cd's & keys available when Technician arrives.

We have done our research and checked out the competition. Our hourly rate is in line if not cheaper than theirs, also the majority of the competition make no mention of any certifications, liability insurance or if any background checks have ever taken place on their Technicians, all of which we have.
