1. What timber do you use for the framework ? We use H3 timber which means the timber frame is resistant to wood rot and white ants. It will last over 15 years.  2. How much more is composite compared to timber ? About 30% more in cost is composite decking.

1. if soil needs to be removed either by yourself or a friend that saves money 2. You can do the oiling of the deck yourself 3. Some paint work can be done by yourself i.e. when we install a picket fence

Either by a Square metre rate or if it is more difficult to quote we charge a day rate and material.
