The founders of 5Tales (Toby and Jason) have previously run an online media business which received 1 million+ unique visitors a month, and an e-commerce business which they quickly grew to monthly sales of $30,000 before ultimately selling the business.

We have had a fantastic and rewarding experience working with one of the most remote businesses in Australia - the Nullarbor Roadhouse (www.nullarborroadhouse.com.au).  We continue to handle the branding, website and marketing work for Nullarbor Roadhouse.

We are transparent with our work, and will not take on projects we feel we cannot add tremendous value to. Although past projects provide us with valuable experience, we understand your brand's goal are going to be different. This is where our creative DNA comes into play.

In regards to website development: 1) Do you have an existing logo, colour scheme and brand guidelines already established?  2) What is the total number of pages you require and what are these pages? i.e. home, about us, services, shop, blog etc.  In regards to marketing/advertising work: 1) Who is your customer? 2) Where is your customer? 3) What pain points do you solve for your customer? These three questions are a good starting point.

1. Know the values of your brand 2. Clear ideas on colour scheme, logo ideas and brand guidelines 3. Detailed information on their customer base  Ideally clients have also thought about their responses to some of, if not all of the below questions: - Who is your customer? - Where is your customer? - What are their needs? - What are their wants? - What are their pain points? - How does your solution address their pain points? - What does your brand stand for?
