Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

We do have Public Liability, Transit Insurance and Optional Bubble Wrap Insurance. The Public Liability Insurance covers damages in the building only. Transit Insurance covers damages ONLY while the truck is in transit for fire, collision, accident and flood.

Do you offer wrapping? Are items wrapped individually? Is there a call out fee? Is there a back to base fee? Is there a stairs fee? Is there a minimum time for each move? Will my move be complete in one go? Is GST included? Is there any hidden costs? Is there fuel charge?

Do you provide other services? Premium service is the only  type of service we provide - this means we are with you every step of the way. All the extra services like packing/unpacking, wrapping, dismantling furniture/re-assembling furniture are provided to you at NO extra charge and are charge on the normal half-hourly basis.  What does the quote include?​​ All mattresses and lounges wrapped in protective shrink wrap. All transport costs. Door to door service. Public liability and goods in transit insurance cover on all your items.  When should I book a removalist?  Depending on distance of relocation, we would recommend booking several weeks in advance. Shorter notice is always available depending on our scheduling elsewhere.  What are the rates? Light removals and deliveries within  Sydney are charged per half-hour fully inclusive of all expanses/driver help etc. ​For distance removals and deliveries, each job is individually priced depending on the size and amount of items.   What items can I not move? ​Any type of weapon (Firearms, Swords, etc,) ammunition, fireworks and explosives. Any type of Toxin or poison. Any item made from animals on the endangered species list. Please double check with us about any items you are not sure about.

We charge on a half an hour basis, with the time starting at your first pick up location. You will not be charged for travel from the depo.
