The communication from the person who was supposed to meet me at my property, was pathetic. I told him I don't live at the property and had a 1 and a half hour drive to meet him. Not only doesn't he show, I had to call him and then he leaves me an SMS - 15 mins later ( it is now the time he is supposed to meet me) - to say he is sick and has been since last night. Not sure when he was going to tell me or if I hadn't rung him was he just going to leave me waiting at the property.
