Our building inspection is an objective assessment of the property condition at the time of the inspection and conducted in accordance with the current Australian Standard AS 4349.1 All our building inspections are completed by experienced registered builder for over 20 years & trained in accordance with the Australian Inspection Standard. Most building inspections are arranged within 24 hours of being booked, and the report supplied the next working day. We can also organise a pest inspection for you at the same time as the building inspection for your convenience.
