These days the upfront price should be clear if there are variations they should be pointed out 1st.  Also proof of there licence number is important.

always being contactable by phone always being honest and fair about pricing always being on time always being able to offer good advice always keeping the customer in the loop as to whats going on

One common thing I find when speaking to my customers is the amount of tradies that do not turn up when they said they would. This is 1 thing we at RTG do not let happen. A booked appointment is always kept and the customer can rely on us being there when we say we will !

having not a huge amount of overheads helps keep my pricing very competitve which arises from being around for nearly 30 years

i charge either by the hour or in block fashion as in per task or number of points. ie 40 power points 20 lights
