Accepted Answer

Yes we are fully acreditted and insured by Bendigo Bank and CGU Insurance.Therefore we are able to offer a complete and comprehensive warranty and guarantee to most of our clients and work service or repairs.There will always be exeptions to th rule maybe due to budgets financial reasons or simply customers unwillingness to comply to carryout a particular service or repair to a warrantable standard for a guarantee purpose.

Yes, firstly are you a legitimate business and are you accredited and insured , do you and  can you work on their particlar make and model of vehicle. what payment terms and conditions do you offer to your customers .

There are three main categories of questions directed to most sales and service businesses.They usually follow the degree of necessesity or inconvenience experienced at the time of contact.For instance a car breakdown will usually be how long and then how much to get going again as quickly as possible. Where as a routine service and maintence might just be how much then how long to do it.A major service or more serious repair could  be how well it it can be done to last a garrenteed time then how much.

I have been in the motor repair trade since 1973.With over 40 years of industry experience and Trade Quaified  in 1977, Advanced Trade and "A" Grade Motor Mechanic 1979. A Liscensed Vehicle Inspector approved by Dept Transport since 1980. I have a deep committment and concern for Safety and Quality to the motoring public and trade as to the integrity of how I carryout my duties for repatrs and inspections.Liscenced Inspector no 5392   We are fully Insured and accredited by trade and industry.

We dont have high expensive overheads like large companies and are not pressured by overbooking and unmanagable workloads.Therefore we are able to pay patiicular care and attention to alot more detail and more likely to pinpoint harder to detect inherant problems usually overlooked in a high turnover business.

Apart from the customers own name, address phone,and contact details I do need the vehicle year make model milage  transmiision type other special options or modifications relavent any known service or repairs.
