Yes. I am insured and guarantee my work will be up to the highest standard level that the client is happy with the result that they been given.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

Thanks to my sister, nagging at me getting a computer. Somebody asked me of I could redo their business card. I said yes, fell in love with it. Enrolled into a  graphic design course. And the rest is history as they say.

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

I have a client thats been with me for about 6 years. We got to know each other so well. That he invites me  to Christmas functions. When he gives me a job, he doesn't need to give me a full brief, I already know what he wants, how he wants it. Because he trusts me on the job on hand.

Meeting new interesting clients. Having see a client smile on his or face when seeing the end product on display. Knowing that I have made business / company for the better.

Can you design or rework our logo? Needs a Business Card / Stationary created. Would like a poster design. Are you available on this day / time to discuss the job on hand? (If in the same state) Best times to call (If in the same state or interstate)

What questions do customers commonly ask and how would you answer them?

Most common question is colours.   Don't use too many colours, the design can be lost. People can be colour blind. If the design needs to be a poster colours needs to stand out to see. Logos, colours can be suttle or strong to see. It's like food ingredients. More than 5 is too much. Less is more.

My price is reasonable. I am punctual to the dead line. If the job needs to be confidential from on line / social media. You have a my word of confidentiality. I will also give advice on the job as well, to make your business / company better for you and for "your" clients.

A good understanding in graphic design. My work has a clean feel look approach, but at the same time straight to the point.

1. Who is the client for. 2. Whats the quote for (eg: A brief description about the company or business if needs a logo) 3. When the job needs to be done and completed.

I say to ALL my clients new or old. 1. Have everything ready 2. Know what you are asking for 3. Have some sort of brief.  4. Know when to stop making decisions on revisions, I.E. logos, Business Card, Stationary. Because the more changes you make, the more you are going to spend.

My prices are reasonable. Can happily discuss about prices on jobs or revisions so (both parties) are happy at the end. And the client(s) are happy with the product they received.

I normally charge on a hourly rate, However can be flexible in rates as a fixed price if needed. A meeting or some kind verbal agreement needs to be included.

I specialise in Logo Design, Business Card Design, Stationary. Flyer Design and Poster Design and Signage. Also a fair understanding in web design.

I have a fair Knowledge in PhotoShop, Illustrator, Indesign, Dreamweaver and Flash. Experience in Flyer design, Poster Design, Logos, Stationary, Business Card Dresign
