  I believe each job for every client is as important as the next. On each job I spend the time to get to know both you and your target audience as well as understand what you hope to achieve. I then work to ensure I produce a communication piece that is both engaging and creative and delivers the results you are after every time.

• How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

  1. Where possible ensure the content you supply is complete, final & well labelled - including high resolution images - this saves the designer having to sort, organise & chase this information saving time on your bill. 2. Make sure there is a reasonable lead time for the job to be completed - this will mean there is no late night/overtime fees accrued for fast turnaround jobs. 3. If you have a specific idea in mind make sure you have communicated this to the designer before starting. This helps set their direction and ensures they don't end up down a path completely different to what you imagined and therefor creating large amounts of design changes.
