We are insured and you can see our insurances and licenses on our profile. Fifty per cent of our work is Government so we are audited every 12 months with updating our insurances, chemicals and technicians.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

Always been interested in insects and the environment - at one stage held the record for the largest cockroach in Australia (Guinness book of records 1998) 7.9cms.

Had a unit I serviced for German Cockroaches - the woman has a small business working from home and boxes are continually brought in. The unit was very clean and she couldn't work out why she has these German Cockroaches. The boxes were bringing in these Cockroaches so now she leaves boxes outside

What do you like most about your job?

All Antibug staff have passion to understand insects and the environment to reduce where possible chemical spraying and introduce more physical barriers eg reducing mulch around their house, water leaks - because water leaks encourages insect problems.

All customers should ask are you insured first then how many years experience. Ask whether it was a computer course or a Tafe course. All Antibug staff are Tafe qualified.

The first thing customers usually ask are the Chemicals safe. All the chemicals that Antibug use are pyrethrin which are safe for you, your family, pets and the environment.

We wouldn't be in business for 38 years if we didn't know our work. Always driving to improve technology, chemicals and constantly training technicians to be better at their work. All staff have completed the Working With Children and National Criminal History Check.

We have been in business for over 38 years, all technicians are knowledgeable and skilled and all have over 30 years experience. Safe chemicals. We have a lot of experience because of our contracts eg Tresillian Family Care Centres, Nepean Hospital, Blacktown City Council.

We need to know location, size of house, Bearers and Joist or concrete slab, flat or pitched roof. Landscaping - retainer walls and trees

1. Clean the areas up eg kitchen areas - remove everything out of cupboards. 2. Wash floors and vacuum 3. Evidence of droppings or spiders that you have caught.

Paying for experience of over 30 years, free quotes and also can give advice to solve problems long term - may not need Pest Control it may only need repairs to house eg possums blocking of holes and trim trees. all work guaranteed.

Services can be charged by Mastercard, Visa, cheques or we can send out a 7 day or 14 day account depending on the situation. Preferred that accounts are paid COD.

We specialise in Termite Treatments which include thermal cameras, borescopes, Sniffer dogs and a Carbon dioxide unit which we can probe into cavities. Termites are the biggest omission of Co2 in the world.

All Tafe Qualified, up to date with WHS, constantly updated with technology, chemicals and equipment. Our company has policies with regards to the Environment.
