One of the main questions a customer asks is the price and how soon am we are able to carry out the work. Usually our prices are very reasonable and we are able to advise them immediately when we are able to carry out the work.

Unless something drastic happens to which we will always let the customer know, we always turn up on time. Our prices are fair and reasonable. Being hired to carry out works by an insurance company where cost of works are scrutinously examined, you can rest assured we are trustworthy.

Please provide a photo so an accurate quote is able to be provided. In some cases, a brief description is sufficient. We can then usually provide a quote immediately. Some work requires inspection if there are multiple repairs or works to be carried out.

Ensuring the work area is easily accessible e.g. moving furniture away from the work area. Access to water. Prefer pets to be enclosed away from the work area (very helpful) as, unfortunately, may lead to nasty accidents happening to either the pet or our workers. These tips assist in work completed in a safer and faster manner resulting in saving the customer money.

Written quotation or hourly rate plus materials, depending on the customer's requirements. We ask for a deposit of 30% on commencement of larger works. The balance of payment when work is completed.

Specialising in small patch-ups, house renovations, new homes, steel stud partitions, suspended ceilings & I insulation. Our Company has a lot of experience in storm and flood damage.

22 years licenced Drywall Plastering experience including 10 years in insurance industry (Suncorp). 10 years experience in plasterboard suspended ceilings and metal framework. Works have been carried out on major hotels through to the small scratch on a wall in a domestic dwelling.
