We offer a personalized service, whereby we come to you at your home or office at no extra charge, if required.  You can be confident your legal work will be performed by a qualified solicitor with ten years experience as opposed to a paralegal/conveyancing clerk. We aim to make the complex simple.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

In order to provide a more accurate quote we will need to know as much detail about your matter as possible.  For instance, if it is a conveyancing matter, we will need to know whether it is a sale or a purchase of property.

How do you normally charge for your service?

We provide certainty to our clients by charging fixed fees on many matters such as conveyancing and Wills.  All other work is charged at an hourly rate of $250- $300(plus GST)/hr.  We always provide our clients with full disclosure in writing of our costs prior to accepting instructions.

Eva, the principal of Apex Legal, has a Bachelor of Business degree and a Masters in Law degree from UTS, Sydney.  With almost 10 years experience working in general practice, Eva has a vast amount of experience in traffic matters, criminal hearings, conveyancing, wills and estates and family law.
