  I needed someone to have a few of the rooms in the house dry cleaned so I called up these guys on short notice. I was grateful they were able to get someone out the next morning. They did an amazing job, nonetheless and even gave some great advice. I would highly recommend them to others having the same problems. I will definitely hire them again! Their prices are very competitive for the outstanding service that they are able to extend.

  I have tried other cleaning companies before but after hiring this company to do the job, I am not sure I would want to use any other cleaning company anymore. I hired people from this company twice recently for couch as well as end of lease cleaning and every time they would exceed my expectation. Their service was always up to my standards and the cleaners were always very polite and also very professional. I give them 5 stars.

  We had a problem with the cleaner so my partner and I ended up having our rental agency sanitised and had the carpets deodorised for our move out. I spoke to Aquaqleen who refunded the extra money and notified us that cleaner is no longer working for them. In the end, I was really happy with the service - as long as the company is ready to respond positively to customer's complaints, I think that I had dealt with a good company.

  I had a rug and a couple of seat couch cleaned by this company. They just did a great job--got some stubborn stains out of the couch, which I thought would not go away. The rug was cleaned thoroughly too. They provided a very professional as well as prompt service. The lady on the phone who took call was very friendly and really cooperative. I will definitely hire again.

  It was a totally excellent job delivered at a very fair price. A full rental bond was also returned from the real estate agency. Really grateful! I will definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for either a carpet or an end of lease clean! Very thorough, professional and reliable. Thank you for taking most of the stress from us and providing perhaps one of the best service we could ever have.

• What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

  We do vacate cleaning as well as carpet steam cleaning. For vacate cleaning it is good to know how many bedroom and bathroom place is it with if customer wants carpets cleaned as well. For steam cleaning area of carpet is a good thing to know.

• Are there any special offers you would like to offer to Oneflare customers?

  We can offer 3 standard size room steam cleaned for $59 including GST. This is based on 4mx3m room size and reasonable carpet. if rooms are bigger or carpet is heavily soiled or stained it might be extra.
