  Well, good things first, the person tried to give me some good tips and used some good timber and was hard working. I was disappointed as the work which I explained to him for like twice before getting the quote and after the works started, I expalined clearly on every stage what I wanted and repeated myself 8 to 10 times and yet the person did something different or would not comply with my request. I feel he did not level the backyard properly and did not use the rock dust or other things sufficiently to give it a better hold and even surface. The sides of the house were updated with rocks but also with white rock powder , and the water drainage which was to be replaced by him, he did not do it even after I reminded him 4 times and he kept saying yes. I tried to give him his own time but then he did not comply with my vision and did not use enough material where required. I feel the person needs experience and he should learn to respect the quote and what has been updated to him clearly. I can see that some grass is coming out already which I explained to him to use some grass killer but he was confident and now I will have to male changes and do the required. I waited for around a month before I could give my review as the lead for back drainage was not done properly and the person has not yet turned up to check. Hard working but needs to listen to what a customer wants and deliver it properly.
