We have a very efficient office structure and excellent CAD technology to output your design efficiently and effectively. Our office is also located in an area of beauty and tranquility conducive to high productivity.

How do you normally charge for your service?

We may charge on an houly rate, fixed lump sum or as a percentage of the construction costs. The rate or hours will vary according to the projects size, degree of complexity and other special circumstances which may not be immediately apparent. We usually submit a detailed proposal outlining their services for your project with a breakdown of their fees.

We strive to use materials and systems which have a minimal footprint. We also have experience with alternative materials such as strawbale and cob as well as the design principles of permaculture, feng shui, sacred geometry and vastu shastra.
