We are fully insured with contract works and workers compensation.  All works over $20,000 are insured with Home indemnity insurance and we have $20 million public liability cover due to our previous and current governmental commercial jobs

I had one customer who laughed and said the house looked like a million dollars and then looked crestfallen as he realised it needed to look more like two to be at its true value

The variety and the people I encounter as we work around Perth. It is multi-cultural and exciting and I enjoy the happiness of my customers when they achieve their finished product and move into their new home

How much will it cost.  This is all down to the finishes, hence the need to fully scope the works before getting prices to build. If I can use a car analogy. A Porsche takes longer to make and costs more compared to a Hyundai but is in essence the same size and does the same thing.

A set of plans are the most beneficial item to provide a quote. If a full drawing is provided with all materials identified then any quotes the client sources will be working from a an equal position rather than a guestimate.

Full design the work - including choosing all fittings, tiles, materials etc Have a good idea of what your overall budget will be  Allow monies for council fees and consultants fees as these are invariably required for all structural work.

We draw up a full scope of works and this forms the price. Many trades/builders will give you a price but only include a vague scope for the work, giving them the advantage of cutting corners or simply not doing parts of the work that the client was assuming had been included in the original price.

Fully quoted and detailed specification and scope of works so that client, builder and trades all understand what is required from the job - a 3D model is produced to confirm to all concerned what the finished concept is to look like so all understand the general overview of the works

Well versed in renovation works and what this entails. Don't get caught with cheap and shoddy workmanship because the trades are inexperienced and do not understand the detail that is required to realise a well built renovation/extension.

Fully registered builder, with qualified trades and an in house architect who can modify or draw up plans to suit most situations
