Absolute waste of time! Booked a week in advance only to be told on the day of booking (half an hour after scheduled appointment!) that Dave could not make it. Only after I had made contact with him!! I rescheduled my day to wait around for nothing!! I asked what time the following day we could reschedule to only to be told that he would not be available until the following week and that I'd be better off finding someone else!?!? If I could leave ZERO stars I would. Clear communication would have been appreciated.Bronwyn K
