I've been working with Sam from Aspire for several weeks now and it's been great. As someone that has done very little to no gym work over the last 10 years I was a little nervous about going to a trainer. Sam made me feel very comfortable and knows exactly how to push me to my limits without over doing it. I also love the approach of mixing up ever session so no two are the same which keeps it interesting. Highly recommend.
