I knew Sean back in 2016 before Momentum and he was the first PT i ever had. He coached me and i was getting into good shape. Then i couldnt continue due to my reallocation and work commitments. I had a few other PTs during this 5 years but none of them was offering the service that Sean did and had the same approach that Sean had! Sean is not simply just showing you the right form or giving you the exercise template; or giving you those generic advise about diet which you can find all over the internet. He is completely different!! He tailors the exercises that are suitable for my goals, body strength and equipments that i have at home. He encourages me to enjoy life with the food i love with consideration. He educates me why and how, so i can apply to any life choice i make to ensure it is good and healthy for my body.
