Nico was very helpful and understood my requirement very well.

We were a couple of unfit 60+ Year olds about 10 weeks ago , we are now a couple of fitter , more flexible 60+ year olds. This is a great service , getting fitter in your own home , no travel, no competition from gym junkies or super models and finish your exercise session and cool down on your own lounge ,very very recommended.

Julia is great! She pairs nutrition knowledge with fitness expertise and explains everything so well! highly recommend!

I’m not a big gym junkie, but Alex has made going to her studio fun and something I really look forward to- it’s now a non negotiable in my life. I had two cesarians in 2.5yrs and have had some complications with sciatica, relaxin hormone affecting my knees and feet - so was very picky about who I wanted to help me recover, and so glad I chose Alex - she has worked alongside my physio and is proactive in building on what other professionals or practitioners are doing. Holistic and integrated, not pretentious and I’m so glad I have her and her crew in my life...I’d also note for new mums out there that going to her gym with a toddler and a new born has never been easier...Alex keeps the baby and toddler occupied and exhausted whilst still keeping me working very hard! definitely worth integrating into your morning routine, as my babies love going to see her!

I booked in with Chris a while ago to complement my current yoga practice and build strength where I was lacking. Chris was very professional and timely, it was easy to book in and we got started right away! Since then I've never looked back and I can say his knowledge and experience shines through. I always look forward to my next PT sessions and can't recommend him enough - my friends and family train with him too. I love the variety - boxing, HIIT, weights, ZUU and mobility - there is something for everyone.

Leilah has been working with me from both a Nutrition and Training perspective for a few years and I can honestly say I've never felt more comfortable with anyone! She makes exercising so enjoyable and she has really helped me feel a lot more comfortable with the food I eat. I used to be so stressed about choosing what to eat and she has really helped simplify it and take the pressure off.

I knew Sean back in 2016 before Momentum and he was the first PT i ever had. He coached me and i was getting into good shape. Then i couldnt continue due to my reallocation and work commitments. I had a few other PTs during this 5 years but none of them was offering the service that Sean did and had the same approach that Sean had! Sean is not simply just showing you the right form or giving you the exercise template; or giving you those generic advise about diet which you can find all over the internet. He is completely different!! He tailors the exercises that are suitable for my goals, body strength and equipments that i have at home. He encourages me to enjoy life with the food i love with consideration. He educates me why and how, so i can apply to any life choice i make to ensure it is good and healthy for my body. It is just like you buy a pre-made suit to standard sizes comparing to going to a suit tailor who measures your figures and makes a well fitted one. I contacted Sean again in mid 2021 - 5 years later - to start again what we left off in 2016. Sean is still Sean, doing what he is best at with all his heart and sweat. And even more with Momentum which suits me better although i live North of river and have a busy work/life schedule. He really listens and helps me get back on track again. I can see my strength is coming back and my activity level has been improved so much. I am so glad that i reached out to Sean Koh again. I endorse his professionalism, enthusiasm and individuality in fitness industry.

I have been training with Robin since I first contacted him through Oneflare. It is now few months since then and I can say that he is very professional, technical and its very focus on working with me to achieve my goals. Eg. I had a knee injury which stopped me to do exercise for a while but during training we focused on other physical strengthening aspects that helped me to maintain my fitness and speed up rehab (ie. core workouts and upper body strength). I'm now back to sports and loving my life again. I continue to work with him and highly recommend him to anyone. Thanks Robin for your great work and motivation during such a hard time.
