  Alex provides the energy you need when you enter a Fitness Training Room. She listens to your limitations and with her knowledge and encouragement she provides sessions with a full variety of exercises to keep you challenged. During each training session she ensures you get the most out of your time. I would have no hesitation in recommending Alex if you are wanting motivation to stay healthy and achieve your own personal fitness goals.

  Been working with Alex for around 2 months now and it's fair to say she has altered my perspective on life! I am underweight and carry self inflicted psychological boundaries in the form of mental health disorders. She listened carefully to my case and made me feel very welcome and comfortable, tailoring my sessions to my requirements using her experience and expertise. I am pleased to say that since starting with Alex I have noticed some significant changes to my body, but equally, Alex is helping me to break through those psychological boundaries, giving me self confidence and the desire to keep going. Not just a personal trainer! (The gym is also really nice and clean, with a friendly and non-intimidating atmosphere!)

  It had been years since I trained properly or did any sort of strenuous physical exercise so I was nervous about trying to get back into it. Both myself and a colleague were in a similar situation and can now proudly say we have been hitting our sessions for the past 3 months and feel Lucky we found Alex and her team at five star training, . Not only are we starting to look better, but our outlook on life has improved immensely over this time. Looking forward to the next three months and beyond.

  Have been extremely happy with our personal training sessions. Alex is attentive and ensures you are doing things correctly and also squeezes the best out of you. She tailors our sessions with a view to age and capabilities, and more recently has been assisting with rehabilitation after injury. Never thought I’d say this about training but we are loving it and more importantly are achieving our fitness goals.
