How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I started coaching about 3 years ago now, I’ve always wanted to be some sort of teacher when I was growing up. I find I love teaching strength and conditioning the most as I know exactly how it feels to start out new and not be able to do anything.

When we Exchange information you will receive little homework exercise from me for your warm ups and exercises for the session. You will save your self time and get to be more productive with you. We may also arrange at your gym or home to save yourself a another 30 minutes of travel time.
