  Called and spoke with Brian from B&L Digital Service. He suggested we troubleshoot over the phone first as in a lot of cases problems can be fixed without a call out. It turned out there was a voltage over supply from the powerboard which activated the cut off switch. All fixed in 2 minutes. Great, honest, old style service!
