Each Customer should ensure that the Company is a register Company and their ABN is current and correct.  They should also check if the Company is GST registered and if they are QBCC Licenced and Public Liability Insured.

Our customers usually ask about what type of paint is used on different surfaces and how to prepare the surfaces correctly before painting.  Also we have many queries on colour choices.

In most case, one of our Estimators will need to view the property before providing a quotation, especially interior painting works as we need to see the condition of the surfaces to be painted.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

Remove any valuables before painting. Ensure all shrubs/plants are trimmed away from any painting surfaces. Leave doors opened for approximately 24 hours after painting.

How do you normally charge for your service?

We ask for a Deposit when the job is accepted and during the painting works, we ask for Progress Payments.  Payments are made by Cheque, Cash or Direct Payment only.

We specialize in all residential painting, commercial painting and body corporate painting.  We have qualified Lead Testers and all our Tradespeople are fully qualified.
