So over priced - $256 for 2 .5 hours window clean with 1 person!!! Wish I had of done my research before agreeing to this!!! Average window cleaner in Australia is $35-$45 an hour..... I paid $108 an hour??!!!... not happy at all with this company!!!12 Nov 2020
Hello Jacinta, I'm sorry that this has turned into a negative experience - we are very transparent about how we operate and in the email that we sent with our quote, it highlights that we are not a budget service, rather we focus on delivering the best possible customer service experience. Part of how we do this is to provide prompt and to-the-dollar pricing outlining exactly what is included for each level of service. Once we quote a job, present exactly what is included within that price and a customer books that job in, we will charge that price for the job whether it takes us less or more time than expected - even if multiple visits are involved. This way, you know exactly what you will get for exactly what price, like buying a product in a box. Then, afterwards, we check in to ensure that there are no quality issues before sending you the invoice. Also, as discussed, the average price for window cleaning is not $35-45 per hour as $35 per hour actually equates to less than the minimum Australian wage for cleaners once super, leave entitlements and necessary insurances are factored in. Again, sorry that you have come away from this with such a negative take on your experience. We also really appreciated your prompt payment and were glad that you had no issues with the quality of the work.Marlene S
