Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

As its an agency, work is not guaranteed, however I have had experience in the exact type of agency in London, and there was a tonne of work to go around all the therapists!  Yes my girls are insured in a workplace.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I found a niche in the Beauty Industry. I worked in this niche in London for years so know it inside out. I live and breathe the beauty industry, so this was just a natural progression for me.

What do you like most about your job?

I have fantastic organisational skills, so delegating therapists to the right fit salon for them is fun fun fun for me!  I love to go out and meet salon owners, hear their story and be able to provide the help they need to run their business smoothly without the stress and hassle!  I also love to get to know my fantastic therapists. They are Beauty Connect after all, So they mean the world to me and are rewarded nicely.

Beauty Connect is the first Beauty therapist agency of its kind in this area!  For therapists, we offer an above award wage, the variety to work in a host of amazing salons and spas in the area and last but not least, Flexibility! YOU chose the days you wish to work!  For salons we offer piece of mind- If a therapist calls in sick, we can take the hassle out of finding a temp therapist for a very reasonable price. We offer casual therapists, so if there is a holiday or maternity leave that needs to be covered we can also arrange that!  As a member of Beauty Connect, Your booking fee's are halved and theres also a nice little incentive scheme to reward loyal salons!

What makes your pricing competitive?

My pricing is very reasonable- and also on the website! I offer my beauty therapists a fantastic casual rate. I also offer salons a reasonable hourly rate that still enables them to be making a great hourly wage- as well as keeping their clientele happy (and loyal) by not cancelling their appointments!

How do you normally charge for your service?

Beauty therapists get paid fortnightly straight into their nominated bank account by Beauty Connect. Salons get invoiced at the end of the week and have one week to pay the outstanding balance.

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

All my girls who register with Beauty Connect must be flexible and adaptable to cover all aspects of Beauty therapy. They must have completed their Diploma of Beauty Therapy and have at east 3 years industry experience.

With my ten years of experience within the beauty industry, I know exactly what to look for in Beauty therapists. I put my girls through rigorous trade testing and offer on going training to make sure their skills and knowledge of the industry are up to date.
