I bought a holiday house and there was a very short settlement involved. Due to other investments both Anna and Danny suggested I set up a “Trust” for this purchase. Despite the tight timelines, Anna and Danny provided everything I needed on time and 100% right first time. Settlement on the house happened without fuss.
