Between The Pipes

The past: I knew early during the first term of Year 10 chemistry that this wasn’t for me. So I decided to ditch the school books and I picked up a plunger and wrench. I was in for a rude awakening. I thought Plumbing was just fixing tap washers, smoko breaks and laying pipework. It wasn’t until I spent 3 straight days digging a trench with a shovel that I realized that this is going to be hard work but I LOVE IT. So I decided if I was going to run a plumbing business I need to put all my effort into learning ,working and understanding everything about PLUMBING. So that’s what I did. The current: After 10 Years of EXPERIENCE in the field, its time to start a business. The year of 2017 I began my mission to create a SUCCESSFUL plumbing business. First came the Van with the RIGHT tools. Next i began to build a client base providing them QUALITY work at FAIR PRICE. Being Young was a disadvantage at first but I chose to use my age as an ADVANTAGE by showing my COMMITMENT by working long hours to meet deadlines and answering EMERGENCY phone calls on Saturday’s and Sunday’s. While other plumbers don’t answer their phones. The future: My future goals are simple. Building a company with STANDARDS in FULFILLING our customers needs above all else. Providing PROFESSIONAL relationships with our customers that are based on TRUST, HONESTY and SATISFACTION. Attention to DETAIL on every job no matter the SIZE. Between the Pipes WILL deliver EXCEPTIONAL service every time.
