Before we can provide a quote we need to know the property a house, unit or vacant land and where is the property located

Bevan & Co Lawyers & Conveyancers are compliant and hold full professional indemnity insurance as required by our Professional Legal Bodies
How do you normally charge for your service?
We offer a fixed free professional cost and charge disbursements only as required. All disbursements differ from property to property.
What makes your pricing competitive?
We believe our price is competitive as we charge for a start to finish process not a per hour start to finish process.
Are there any special offers you would like to offer to Oneflare customers?

Do I need to get building and pest reports - yes we highly recommend you obtain building pest and compliance reports prior to exchange.

We enjoy our job as we enjoy helping people purchaser their new home and in particular enjoy helping first homes buyers.
How did you decide to get into your line of work?
My family has been in the legal industry for quiet some time. I started as a paralegal and then decided to go to University to become fully qualified.
What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?
I believe we are reliable and trustworthy for the job. I do not tell the client things just because they want to hear it. We believe that honesty is the best policy.
Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?
My favourite has to be my 90 year old client. We were talking about how things in the industry had changed over the years and that everything was becoming electronic. He handed me an old 1900 Certificate of Title/Conveyance. He ended up giving this to me as a gift to remind me of him.
