- The dimensions and driving surface of your access points - Obstruction, contaminant and moisture content of the soil - All pipe/service locations within the worksite, preferably exposed - Volume and type of material to be taken away - Measurements of all trenches, bores and excavations

- Always try to keep materials such as soil, concrete, bricks, rubbish and greenwaste separate. - Remove any obstructions to our access like BBQs and tables, or we'll have to move it at operators rates. - All pipe location is the responsibility of the hirer. Location by hand is best. - Mow the grass

We adjust our pricing according to trends in the industry and find areas to discount where we can. We'll also try to help you save money by suggesting ideas. For example: perhaps you have somewhere onsite that needs the soil we would otherwise cart!

How do you normally charge for your service?

Accepted Answer

We are the best you get when it comes to small jobs. We charge a float fee to cover loading and travel depending on location, and an hourly rate with no minimum. This means you could get a 3.5 tonne bobcat to tackle a one hour job without the 4 hour minimum!

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

We can supply tight access borers that can drill 4.5 meters deep at 1.2 meters wide. We also supply and erect hardwood and steel poles using our specialized crane.

Truck licenses, insurances, machinery tickets and onsite certifications are all up to date. We've been on the machines for 20 years, operating with the wisdom of 70. Working in both the civil and residential sectors the variety of work we have tackled has been broad. Flexibility is key.
