  Had an excellent bond clean done. Husband and wife team were excellent, friendly and I couldnt fault the cleaning. They scrubbed and scrubbed. A good effort done.

  Booked a bond clean had the cleaner txt me and say cant do the job till 3hours latter..than booked the nite before move..then cop abuse because i told her i lose 55$ ahr so take 50 off job..i lose money because of the time off work..now i dont have a cleaner and booked confirmed two weeks in avancce..never had this kind of experience ever..very disappointed

  Hi Raul, really sorry you weren't happy with your experience. Cleaning is a very subjected industry and some jobs can take longer than expected. All times are approximate and we make sure to arrive within 1 hour of your booking time. Your job was booked for 11:30am and we were aiming to arrive at 12:30. Our 8am morning booking just needed that extra time to clean properly. We dont like to rush, quality is important. Once again, please accept my apology as we were 1 hour behind schedule.   I was really happy with the results of my cleaning, I was a bit worried that it was going to be hard to clean my place because its right near a construction site and dust builds up, but it looked great when they finished and the agent passed inspection. Recommended for great service and great cleaning quality.

  Unfortunately I can't leave a good review. I got an email Sunday night at 9.15 telling me they are a cleaning team down and will call me to discuss coming in Tuesday. I was annoyed at the fact they cancelled and even more annoyed they assumed Tuesday would be ok. I replied that I have carpet cleaning on Tuesday scheduled which needed the cleaning to be completed and pest control on Wednesday which required both cleaning and carpets to be done first, and it wasn't possible to reschedule, could they please re arrange cleaners to ensure my home was done on Monday at 8am as we agreed 5 weeks ago. I woke up to an email with them assuming the carpets could be done after 12 and the cleaners will work around them. This again bugged me with the assumptions they make, completely ignoring my question about rescheduling other jobs or obtaining other cleaners to complete the task. I replied it was unacceptable and telling me late on a Sunday night, before the morning of the clean was also unacceptable and if they can't get a cleaner today then we will need to end our agreement. I got an apology for messaging late on Sunday as they wanted to let me know. They totally missed the point of what I meant by that's Still no word about re organising schedules. Now I understand things pop up, but I think they should at least have an emergency plan in place for when things do pop up on their end, I've had this booked for 5 weeks. They need to realise people are on tight time frames and have scheduled days off to do these kinds of things. I find it very unprofessional and probably pleased they couldn't offer me a cleaning service now.
