Very poor job would never use again Cost $280 for under 2hours of lack luster cleaning.

Second we was 2 People for 3 hours that is 6 hours not 2 hours as you mentioned,Cleaning including windows outside which was not originally quoted in that price. Also job was done on New Year’s Eve 31.12.2017 Sunday 11-2pm so price for Sunday is higher always. Also you was not there when I and my worker did the cleaning normally I ask on end of every clean if you need anything else done. So your husband come on the end and We was cleaning windows outside which you didn’t ask for that but I thought I can do something good for you extra. Your husband said you don’t need to finish outside windows he will wash them with hose but for two more windows I cleaned them anyway. We did inside small touch ups and he said thanks that should be fine. He paid I give him invoice and that is end of the story or so I thought until you give me this review which I am not going to get discouraged because I know I did excellent job and prove are rest of the reviews from other happy costumers. But definitely I will make sure to keep improving my knowledge about everything and live to learn. So when is 2 People on the job you should calculate times 2 if is 2 hours times 2 is 4 hours on the end of the day was 6 hours 11-2pm x $50 per hour for Sunday afternoon that is $300 you owe me $20 ( this is just saying) you don’t need to pay anything. Also in every relationships communication is very important so next time you are unhappy communicate call before you leave wrong reviews ( or try to resolve the problem without nasty outcomes) I work 7 days a week last 17 years I hope that’s good enough and that is prove again I am persistent and I don’t give up easily also I am doing something right to stay in business. First tip : Tidy up all clutter around the house . Second tip : Don't ask for dishes ,laundry sink and areas like that to be cleaned because you going to mess them up next minute anyway. Thirt tip: Prioritise your work what is urgent what is not, like everything in life .

First how urgent is the job. Second how big the job is how many bedrooms /bathrooms etc. Thirt How often they need me like Weekly , F/N, Monthly or One Off .
Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?
I have public liability insurance and police check certificate. I can guarantee my work and fix the problem if they are not happy
What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?
My work is priority, I never say not to a job , I have my business for 14 years in Australia plus New Zealand and of course in my country Macedonia Europe. I have mostly work for myself self employed from the age of 17. To keep my costumers I have never been back to Macedonia for 21 years.
