I have public liability insurance , police check certificate and National Criminal History Check I can guarantee my work and fix the problem if they are not happy

I love houses and everything around them , investing in real estate , interior design, Cleaning, cooking, renovations I suppose I am good housekeeper.

Yes of course I did the cleaning job years ago costumer was so surprised I did all she ask for she said to me I can't believe Irena you do cleaning, cooking I did even cooking and everything , and still you are happy always you smiling when I open the Door, I said to her I am born happy . Happy people get up and earn money, money they make will be not there if they was not happy in the first place, Happy people make money money doesn’t make happiness

I like what I am my own boss I can get as many job I want . Also I am proud to help people who can't do it themselves and make their life's easy.

When you can do the job ?  Answer should be : when you want me to do it is up to you . If my answer is nnnn forget that you will find someone else . Right professional need to know how to hold the costumers and negotiates the price to give price is not hard to keep that costumer.

My work is priority, I never say not to a job , I have my business for 17 years in Australia plus New Zealand and of course in my country Macedonia Europe. I have mostly work for myself self employed from the age of 17. To keep my costumers I have never been back to Macedonia for 23 years.

I am reliable,  I am brutality onest, I treat people's work how I want people to treat my work if I need to hire someone ( pretty much old fashion way ) . If they need job done today I will be there to help them because they have reason  for that

First how urgent is the job. Second how big the job is how many bedrooms /bathrooms etc. Thirt How often they need me like Weekly , F/N, Monthly or One Off .

First tip : Tidy up all clutter around the house . Second tip : Don't ask for dishes ,laundry sink and areas like that to be cleaned because you going to mess them up next minute anyway. Thirt tip: Prioritise your work what is urgent what is not, like everything else in life .
