We are here to assist the builder to complete the job with a quick assessment time frame turn around and be available for any assistance we can provide and inspections in any region with a days notice. Our business strategy is to have a number of reputable builder clients and provide a personalized service for that client base. We have a wide network of professional certifiers throughout Queensland where we can inter work any size building project within a minimum time frame. We also have a portfolio of quality builders available for pricing work and contacts for local engineers experienced in the region. Our office is fully computerized. All applications are preferred electronically lodged on line. Building applications are assessed electronically and the Decision Notice and Approved Documents Stamped Plans Etc are emailed back to the Applicant. The electronic mailing system saves lost time in the mail and wasted time travelling to places for lodgment. Our vehicles have laptop computers with all applications on file so that we are able to carry out urgent concrete etc inspections with the approved documents on board for quick reference. We make ourselves freely available for any building advices that our clients may have. Building inspections are preferred to be booked with as much advanced notice as possible and a confirmed time the day before. We also carry out urgent inspections on the day in cases of footings and slabs in wet weather.
