Yes I am fully insured, and all of our Bond Cleans are guaranteed! We have a one time only call return policy to correct any cleaning issues your Real Estate/Property Manager may find during your exit inspection.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

Accepted Answer

I've been doing this job now for 36 years. I started off in Government Commercial Cleaning in the USA. I worked there 24 years while becoming the Director of Custodial Services, after 12 years on the job. I relocated to Australia in 2009. Been doing Bond Cleaning and Spring Cleaning all of the 36 years that I've been in this business. I've done Strip and Seal cleaning as well and Carpet Cleaning. I was hired by a friend in the Government sector back in 1985 in the USA. I decided to stay in the Cleaning business, because I found something that I actually enjoyed doing and I was really good at it as well. Now 36 years later, (I'm still doing it :-)

I have too many happy ending stories to mention. We have had so many more good stories than bad ones. No cleaning business is perfect. We miss things, we over look things as well, but the difference is, we come back and actually honor our work guarantee to our clients.

Having the flexibility to work at my own pace. Meeting new people. Hearing about how happy our customers are with our work. Seeing the look on there face's when they come back to have a look at what we've done to there home. Negotiating prices with my potential clients. Learning new cleaning methods to improve our services to our clients, and to make our job easier without losing quality. Work Smarter, Not Harder :-)

What's included in our Bond or Spring Clean? I will email them our tasks list. How long will the job take? I would tell the roughly how long the job should take. How much will it cost me? I would give them our price for doing there job. Do we use our own equipment and chemicals? Yes we do and we only use ECO FRIENDLY, SAFE ENVIRONMENTAL CLEANING PRODUCTS. How can I pay for my clean? You can by cash on the day or by Bank Transfer on the Day with Confirmed Bank Confirmation Details,or by PayPal on the Day.

What is the size of the property in question? Is this a single story or a 2 story home or is it a Townhouse? What is the cleaning condition of the property? How many Bedrooms? How many Bathrooms including extra toilets? How many Lounges or Family Rooms? Do you have any other rooms such as a Study, Office, Rumpus Room? Do you need Carpet Cleaning? How many Carpeted areas do you have? Such as, Bedrooms, Hallways, Wardrobes, Stairs, Extra Rooms etc...? Do you require a Pest Control Service, and Flea Treatment Service? Do you have a Patio, Balcony, or Deck? Do you have a Garage? How many windows, or sliding glass doors do you have? Do you require outside window cleaning? Do you require a full blind cleaning? Do you require a full wall cleaning? What's the address of your job? What's your email address? Your Bank details if you are making a payment this way? The name you want listed on your invoice?

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

If they're needing a Bond/Exit clean, please make sure if you can too do a little of your own cleaning yourself before we get there. Make sure you take care of the property the best you can along the way, before needing a Bond clean. Sometimes hourly pricing can be cheaper than a flat rate price, especially if you have maintained the cleaning of your property. Give honest and accurate details about the condition and the size your of the property. Once we get there we'll be able to see what work is required to get your Bond Clean up to scratch. To ensure that you receive a Full Bond Refunded back to you after our Bond Clean is completed! Sometimes your price may vary depending on the Size, and the Cleaning Condition of the property when we arrive. If your details are close & accurate, your price will be honored!

Are there any special offers you would like to offer to Oneflare customers?

I always give at least a 10% to 15% discount to our Veterans and our active duty military personnel. Senior citizens over 60 will always get a 10% discount as well. You just have to mention it to me when you are enquiring about your Cleaning Services.

I've done my homework by researching all of the registered Cleaning Businesses in the Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sun Shine Coast regions. I have come up with my own pricing structure based off the pricing markets. I think my pricing is very affordable, fair, reasonable, and competitive with anyone in the Cleaning Business

I usually give a flat rate fee for a job, but it's really based on the job details given to me by the client. It really depends on the tasks at hand, and what the client is after. I can also give a hourly rate at the request of the client..
