Job Type: End of Lease Cleaning

We hired Care 4 Services Pty Ltd for an end of lease cleaning. Sandra provided us with a quote based on the description we provided via phone. On the day of cleaning, Sandra and her companion arrived at the location on time and quickly inspected the property and confirmed that she will stick to the quote she provided prior. We asked if she had a ladder so we can change the light bulbs as the house had a really high ceiling. Sandra didn't have a ladder with the appropriate height, however, she called her partner to bring in a ladder high enough for us to change the bulbs. The quality of the job is excellent. Sandra even got rid of the molds on the ceiling, which was the most concerning for us. She even assured us that molds developing on the ceiling are not the tenant's fault considering the fact that the house does not have enough ventilation. We would rate Care 4 Services Pty Ltd 5/5 stars for the following aspects: professionalism, quality and efficiency, customer service, and goodwill (as she made sure that the light bulbs were changed before she left). Overall rating would be 5/5 and we would recommend Care 4 Services Pts Ltd for all end of lease cleaning services.
