Our Facility has been designed to optimise the wellbeing and happiness of our guest whilst their away from home. As parents of fur babies you can feel comfortable knowing that our guests settle quickly and enjoy their new environment and the many activities we have on offer.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

We have 5 levels of luxury accommodation to choose from therefore we need to know what type of accommodation our customers would like to choose for their cat, dates of their cats stay, if their cat is up to date with their annual vaccination, if their cat has any special requirements or medication.

How do you normally charge for your service?

We offer an all inclusive service from individualised care and attention to premium diet with added services such as cuddle time, play time and grooming service. We have 5 levels of luxury accommodation to choose from starting from $25 per day to our Penthouse Suites at $80 per day.
