  The builder stated most emphatically I would be happy with the repairs - I am not happy. I am feeling extremely stressed at this stage and have lost trust. Have decided that the tradesmen may only come if I am home to supervise. I'm sick of them making decisions without consulting me first. Their decisions are to make it easy and cheaper for them. They are definitely not in the my (my homes) best interest.The job has a way to go and maybe some of my concerns will be allayed. I do not have one fully functioning bathroom out of 3, due to lack of proper planning and failue to check parts are as ordered. The builder seems like a really caring person. Payment is only part payment at this stage.

  This is the first time I've learned my client was unhappy. On completion, she paid in full and said she was very happy. If she had called me, I would have immediately responded to her concern.
