Yes we are fully lisenced and insured. We guarantee all of our work and of anything goes wrong from our behalf we are happy to rectify the problem at our expense and time.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I have always been good with my hands and felt I should do a trade. The reason I started my own business was I loved the people side of it. It's great meeting new people, even better when you get the call back after a year to fix a different problem and see how that person is.

I was called out to a job where a lady needed a water filter replaced and leaking taps. I went there and did the job and could see that this lady was struggling with money. On completion of the job I said to the lady that this one was on us. She said she had saved for 12 weeks and was so blown away.

I love that I can provide a good income which supports mt wife and my family. I love the fact I can meet new people each day and interact with people in different walks of life!

How much water do I waste by having a dripping tap Roughly 20,000 litres per year.  How much water is wasted by a slow dripping toilet? Roughly 16,000 litres per year.  How much will my job cost ? We give up front quotes that won't go over the price we say from the start.

We do a lot of digging up of stormwater and running new wayer feeds. A way customers can save money is by having the trenches dug already.  Also letting the plumber know the exact scope of works over the phone and paying on the day we offer a discounted price.

We are a small local business with smaller overheads than our competitors. We understand that anything can go wrong with your plumbing and water pipes without you planning on it.  We offer payment plans to our customers to ensure that you dont have the added stress of having to pay on the spot.

We offer a few different ways to Pay. Obviously you can pay on the spot which you will receive a on the spot discount.  We also have a 7 and a 14 day payment option.  We do free quotes and give you up front prices so you don't get stung at the end of the job.

We have lots of experience in renovations, new houses, digging in new storm water drains, laying new water mains to houses, we have one plumber who does our maintenance for us and he is very skilled at what he does.
