Troy came by and did some general maintenace on our roof for leaks. We asked him if he was a licensed roof plumber, if his works were covered by warranty and what his company's name was. He said yes and that at the end of the job he would email us the receipt and cover note for warranty of the works. He took $300 in cash upon completion of the job (5 days ago) and we are still waiting for the receipt. He hasn't been returning calls or SMS. We are not sure now if he really fixed the roof, if he was a licensed plumber and if he even had a registeted company. We are now having to call another roof plumber. Avoid this business, they come up for insolvency too.Robbie

Troy William Mullen turned up, tore up my roof flashing, took a deposit and didn't come back. Fed me stories for a week via this site but did not respond to SMS or phone calls. He has now disconnected his mobile number and still owes my money. TROY WILLIAM MULLEN IS UNQUALIFIED, A LIAR AND A THIEF- AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
